Monday - Friday: 2 - 9 PM
Saturday: by appointment

School hours vary according to availability. Lessons can be booked for earlier or later times than listed. We welcome homeschool students or adults with daytime availability.

Pricing:

$120 per month for a weekly 30 minute private lesson.

$240 per month for a weekly 60 minute private lesson.

One Time New Student Registration Fee:

$50.00

Invoicing may vary from month to month as lessons are billed for each single lesson at: $30 per session. Lesson are billed by the calendar month. Students are not billed for OMA holidays. Please see the holiday calendar below.

Payment Policy

Tuition is due on the first scheduled lesson of each month. All tuition payments made after the 10th of each month are considered late with a fee of: $10.00

Lesson Cancellation Policy:

Lessons cancelled with 24 hrs notice qualify for makeup or reschedule. If a qualified cancellation is not rescheduled before the end of the month, a credit is applied to the next invoice.

Teacher cancellation qualifies for makeup. If a teacher does not reschedule a lesson that was cancelled, a credit is applied to the next invoice.

Non-emergency same day cancellations do not qualify for rescheduling.

If you wish to permanently cancel your enrollment, a two-week notice is required.

Holiday Schedule

On the following days Oklahoma Music Academy will be closed.

March 18-525, 2024 - Spring Break

May 27, 2024 - Memorial Day

July 4, 2024 - Independence Day

September 2, 2024 - Labor Day

November 28 - 30, 2024 - Thanksgiving Break

December 24, 2024 - January 1, 2025 - Winter Holiday/Christmas Break

Inclement Weather Policy

If Tulsa Public Schools are closed due to bad weather, Oklahoma Music Academy may be closed for in studio lessons. Students may be asked to go to distance learning on those days affected by inclement weather.

Returned Checks/Failure to Pay Tuition

If a tuition check is returned, an additional $35.00 in late fees and return check fees will be applied to your account.

Students who are 30 days past due must bring all accounts to current. Past due students may not receive any more sessions until the balance for lesson payment is satisfied.
